By Bradford Angier
This is a great reference book for finding ways to eat when out of provisions. The hard cover version is reminiscent of an old military manual or book from the early days. It is meant to last.
The focus is divided by three main categories with the first about foraging for plants with full descriptions of the various types present in North America.
The second is about trapping small animals.
While the third is about fish and methods of constructing fishing tools.
Find a copy at the library first if you can to confirm that you might want to copy for your library. If you'd rather not spend the money at least take some lessons from the book and store it in the skills and knowledge library of your mind.
