English in Home not as common in USA

This spells danger for a cohesive society.  I heard two Wally World employees speaking something other than English to each other very loudly in the aisle and felt out of place.

What happened?  I thought they were so welcoming but you can bet that the cost is an issue along with the understanding that if you subsidize something you'll get lots more of it.
