Where to live.  It's hard to say since our dear leaders are intent on spreading the pain around as well as the wealth.  Here's an idea.  Choosing a place with a low livability rating.  A short list of free services comes to mind since the Feds won't want to send a family of freeloaders into a working area.  How about West Virginia. 

You'll hear from some that WV is very high on the governmental welfare wagon, but that probably comprises lots of disability and social security checks, and not as much section 8 and other generous programs.


Benefits of living there.

Lowest livability rating in the USA.  That should mean fewer aliens coming to town.

 Sounds like my kinda place.  No offense intended to West Virginians.  I have nothing but good things to relate about my travels there.  Nice people.
