Were it not for both Slick Willie and the ONE a defensive system might be in place , but both Clinton and Obama gutted missile defense programs immediately after entering office.  It seems to be a left wing thing to disarm and eliminate defensive tools for both civilians and their country.  By now we should and probably would have had something capable of stopping all incoming missiles were it not for these two far left Democrat leaders.  Instead we have a situation where defense against nuclear threat is limited.
