NORKS and Missile Defense

Missile Defense in a rush

We've had since Reagan began it the opportunity to develop a coherent defense system, but thanks to 41 (HWB),42 (WJC),43 (GWB), and 44 (BHO),  we now have a big problem that 45 is stuck dealing with.  That problem is the actual probability that the NORKS will launch a nuke toward us or an ally.

Anything is possible but assume the worst and at least have your Potassium Iodide Pills and some means of avoiding fallout if it happens.  Protect your water, food, and air if possible for the time it takes for the fallout to subside.
