Deep State: AI useful for running despot state - Learns Aggression

AI learns aggression when it doesn't get it's way
The thing that the article and the researchers don't appear to notice is that this well trained behavior is very useful for running dictatorships and keeping subjects/prey in line.  The machine only knows the objective and once it finds that subduing or destroying a challenger is the easiest way to reach that objective it will just get to it.  The moral implications won't be an issue and for those who say morality can be programmed, so can it be deleted with simply another line of code added or removed.
