Study the history of giving into North Korea and you'll see that Bill Clinton is the star of handing over cash, food, and technology to keep the peace.  Meanwhile, he accomplished nothing but building them up and getting through his two terms to leave this nightmare to the rest of the world.  Obama did no better and on the face of it Bush did nothing either.  But the bodies that result from this will be directly a result of Clinton.
