This is either a test or a warning.  It is quite possible from the quiet response from the Feds that the communique from whatever group did this will remain classified.  They must know, and if they don't then we should all take note at how amateurish our leaders are when it comes to protecting the country.

What to do: Get your oil lamps, propane stoves, kerosene heaters, and solar lights in order.  If you can afford a generator, get one.  Assume a one or two week outage.  You're back to the 1800's for however long it lasts so prepare for as many weeks as you want to live.
