Road Goons
This is sad that it happens here in the USA. You think that maybe it is restricted to third world countries, but no, it's here.
I ran into my first civilian police checkpoint in 40 years. About 35-40 yeaars ago I remember running into a alcohol checkpoint that was a waste of time and annoying. I haven't seen one since. Now we have checkpoints and when asking the police what it was for they had no answer. Strange.
