So far this is just a report but the risk has existed for decades and since 9/11 it should have been look at much more seriously.  Such an attack could be catastrophic.

Update:  Source of tip arrested and no dirty bomb found.  This of course doesn't change the actual risk of a dirty bomb attack at a port
