The Chicago way or maybe the Kenyan way is how this can be described, but in reality it is the Marxist Way.  Government is the end-all and do-all of our lives according to their beliefs.  The Constitution is an impediment that must be overcome.  Taking away gun rights for elderly who may need help in areas of finance or who choose to rely on their kids as a preemptive way of giving them more power for eventual problems is a loophole for the rights thieving left.
