Under Slick Willie Clinton we lost the crown jewels of the nuclear triad to China and since then through cyberhacking and espionage of other kids we have lost trillions of dollars in technological advancements.  China uses theft and purchasing of strategic assets to gain valuable technology and information that could cause the USA to lose a war against them.  Make no mistake when it comes to their overall intention which is as a tyrannical government to dominate or destroy.  You can make the case for the USA being a bully in international affairs but by comparison to other empires before us we have done the most to insure international stability while foolishly not getting paid for it.  The Chicoms are already getting paid in the form of theft.  They are stealing the West Blind in the form of intellectual property and high technology as a way to leapfrog past and focus instead on regional and eventual global domination.
