Vegas Attack - Political Radicalization?

Vegas shooter motive mentioned by Sheriff - radicalized

This was my first thought based on the venue that was attacked.  Were it ISIS you know they don't tend to focus on what could be seen as traditional American targets but rather take any target that suits the need of mass destruction and increasing societal fear.  This attack seems to be tailor made for a political statement against traditional values.

Was he much like the baseball shooter?

The guy that attacked the congressmen was a political radical.  It is also apparent that the Feds tried to downplay the terror aspect of this attack because it points directly at the left.

FBI says acted alone, not terrorist attack.
As if that were the definition of a terror attack which it is not.  The motive and purpose define it but of course the FBI is political as well nowadays.
