From the outside this appears rather obvious.  A first special counsel is still needed to investigate and find laws broken that are no part of the Russia collusion narrative.  Campaign wrongdoing from the other side warrants no special counsel even when it becomes clear that the NSA, CIA, State Department, and specifically the FBI were part of a conspiracy to deny a duly elected President the office.  The AG is Deep State in action.

This is why you prepare because we are no longer in a representative government.  Our rulers no longer feel the need to even pretend at it.
