They were going to do it with something and since the fabricated Russia Collusion narrative failed this one is the next attempt. The amazing thing is that the obvious real aspect of corruption in this case was by the VP Biden's son getting sweet deals at the same time his dad was controlling aid to the country in question. The VP even bragged about having a prosecutor fired in the Ukraine that was investigating his son. What more can be said but, Amazing!
This is almost an instant replay of the Russia Collusion case where the actual collusion appears to originate from the HRC campaign. In this case VP JB clearly used governmental power to demand corruption investigations in a foreign country that might ensnare his son were cancelled and the prosecutor fired. The prosecutor was fired.
We're in a mess and the country is on a razor's edge or legitimacy and if this impeachment effort is successful in removing the President or causing him to lose the next election then we have crossed over the threshold into rule by a few. Your vote won't count.

Civil War USA: Portland - Fake News Angle
If you watch the videos on Twitter everything appears to be leftist groups committing the aggression and violence. The so called right wing groups walk around shouting USA and carrying and wearing flags which appears to justify the left calling them racist and misogynist before assaulting them with mace, mayo, milkshakes, rocks, clubs, and whatever else they can sneak in. In previous videos I saw a video reporter attacked viciously with chunks of concrete to the head along with other attacks on him leaving him in the hospital.
If you read the article linked to below you'll notice that the slant of the article is always that the Right Wing is there while there is little or no mention of Left Wing, but only counter protestors who are opposing the racist Right Wing protestors. It is amazing to think that these newspapers pretend to be journalists publishing the facts when in fact they are omitting a major part of the story where masked aggressors feel it their right to intimidate and attack peaceful flag carrying demonstrators. Were the masks white hoods and sheets the police and Federal agents would swarm on these mobs with ferocity and charge them with civil rights violations but instead they are left to do as they desire.

Secondly, go to Twitter and find some video of what really happened out there and you'll see who the thugs are and it should turn your stomach to know that the leaders of that city no only allow what is being perpetrated by the Antifa mobs but actually support it.

We are losing the rule of law here and trying to blame this on a President is another farce. The assault on a duly elected president from even before he was sworn and his response somehow in the mind of the media minions of the far left makes him the villain. Though he may not be as smooth and deceitful as many of the prior occupants of the White House it is apparent that the hatred that is directed toward Trump is about what he stands for in his supporters which is traditional American values, rule of law, protecting Americans, and making America his first priority. Those attacking him seem to have the opposite view to the point that it is now clear that they hate the country. Just listen to those in the videos on the Portland streets and you'll hear their hatred come forth against anyone even perceived not to agree with them. We know what the left wants to do now and it is to silence those they disagree with and to intimidate them.
Is that FREEDOM? As O used to say, "That's not who we are." But it appears that is what a substantial part of the country is becoming.

Of course if you look at the numbers as bad as mass shootings are we still haven't ever reached the number of dead from one event called 9/11 not to mention wild drivers running over people in parades or just the number of Americans killed daily by gang members that often aren't legally here.
The purpose of this post is to get you to see how the mind of the far left makes it seem perfectly reasonable for them to push an agenda that may have elements of truth but are not the reality of the situation. Young angry white men are a threat but if you read the daily death count from what I suspect are mostly young non-white men in many parts of the country you'll observe that the numbers by comparison aren't even close.
