Pandemic Update: Mysterious Paralyzing Disease

Mysterious Paralyzing Disease
It's no accident this is happening in one of the states most invaded by untested illegals.  The flood of humanity with a multitude of diseases is wrecking havoc across the country.

Philly lung disease affecting adults the victims are thin and well educated urban and wealthy.  If this disease is a result of open borders then the likely culprit is housekeepers and nannies.  These same women probably vote 95% for open borders.  Aside for the selfish need for cheap labor they have conceivably gotten what they voted to get.  It's hard to say yet since the media and government will blame every other cause before they can admit the truth that the diseases have been imported.

Free Money for Refugees, Bonus Takeback for U.S. Soldiers

Bonus Clawback
What is there to say but that the system is so corrupt that even wounded soldiers are forced to repay bonuses given them for going to war .  Meanwhile an open treasury is used to give out money to illegals and those who show up begging.  That doesn't even count the foreign aid money and buckets of cash given to our enemies.  The whole thing is sickening.

Martial Law USA

Martial Law

If it comes you will know.  Be assured the left is more likely to go for it than the right contrary to what you may have been indoctrinated into by Hollywood and the Media.  The left is communism and totalitarian control so this fits right into the playbook.

War With Russia - An end for the USA

Russian Satan-2 Missile

The Democrat fools using Russia as a scapegoat for hacking and meddling with Russian Hegemony in their own sphere are toying with a Bear of immense claws,  capability, and little reason to tolerate it.

This missile could do the job of taking out a 10th of the USA at a time, thus the word decimated.  That is what we would be if they ever go toe to toe with us in a nuclear exchange and worse yet we have other enemies who might find joy in hitting us like the Chicoms, North Koreans, and of course the Iranians.

Unless you live in a Mountainous region in the Midwest you might be at risk and even there you could end up unlucky.

What to do:  Enjoy what you have and every day of it.  The fools in charge seem to have forgotten how close we came in the past to annihilation.  Thank Bill Clinton for destroying our relationship with Russia that was on the mend after the Wall came down.  We had an opening and he was busy with opening an intern and once caught attacked Serbia just to please the wife.   We attacked Christians to protect Muslims.  That worked out.

Government Run Media

The Media Hacks suffer no consequences for bias
The cost should be their jobs and censure but in this case it is probably a high five and a sneer at the opposition that think it should be any other way.  None of these people should ever be more than commentary editorial writers from here onward, but that is in an alternate universe.  Here in the USA the media is beyond corrupt, and is instead simply part of the Democrat Party, the Government Party.

Who Checks the Fact Checkers

Snopes caught
I gave up on Snopes years ago since I could tell there was too much in the way of opinion put forth as fact when it came to rumors and whether they were true or not.  I suspect this may be just another front organization or at least it has been used like many of the media to push an agenda.

Ryobi 18v rechargeable batteries vs standard batteries for Survival

I'm a Home Depot Ryobi 18V One+ fan.  I bought a set of tools years ago that came with Ni-cad batteries and later updated with some lithium batteries in the one+ category.

I used to buy more and more batteries in AA, AAA, D, C, and 9V to be ready to power up flashlights, radios, and other devices.  Of course I still have some around but I really got tired of having to use the batteries or lose them since over time they will degrade.  I found that using AA for electric toothbrushes at least gets me using that size battery.  Also, a small radio made by Sony uses the same so I have tried to start sizing down my flashlights to work with AA size batteries as well.    I'll just mention that there are so many options in that category that you can spend days just looking for the right flashlight.   I just went through my D cell pile and found many of them are losing power and I simply can't use them enough based on the fact I now have my Ryobi lights that do a better job and can always be recharged.

Here is a Ryobi Shop Light.  It is bright enough to light up a large room and if set on a table can be a work light.  With a 20 hour plus run time on a battery this is great for emergencies and camping.

I like this light.  It is handy and very light.  With a lithium battery is is extremely easy to carry and can hang in a room or outside depending on what you need.

After owning one for a while and testing it out I've decided to get at least one more and eventually pick up more of the expensive but very useful lithium batteries.

Below are the batteries that you can purchase to run the Ryobi One+ system.

They are very cost effective compared to lithium one time use batteries and regular rechargeable batteries of the standard AAA, AA, C, D types.  I have stopped adding to the old styles and have come to rely heavily on the Ryobi system for the simplicity and major capacity that comes with these batteries.  You can also see the newer incandescent flashlight that works with these batteries.  It seems as bright as a small spotlight.

Below is a circular Saw that runs on the system.
Below is the Reciprocating saw that you can see I've put to use.
This drill is powerful.  Though not as versatile and easy to use as some others I find it functional.
Below are two types of flashlights.  The original blue one is great for an incandescent.  You can see the old style ni-cad battery underneath.  Both have rotating heads for aiming and can sit flat for a work environment.  I have put both to heavy and regular use.  I keep one in the car and one on the nightstand.  I have one more of the old style in a easy to find location on a shelf in the kitchen.
This portable vacuum has seen heavy use in cars, closets, work space, and on stairs.  It has run well for years.

There are more tools that work with this system that you can find online at the Home Depot site or in the store.  I have found the chain saw, weed trimmer, hedger,  and leaf blower work well too.  I just didn't get around to adding the photos of these.  As you can see I'm fully on board with the Ryobi system and have had great success with the tools and batteries.  The lithium batteries are now at least temporarily reduced in price to make them extremely competitive with other options out there.  I have picked up more of them knowing that I will put them to regular use.

Invasion Update: New Democrats, Civil War Europe, Over 52k released into USA this year

 New Democrats in L.A.

Prediction by Islamic Leader that Europe will have Civil War
No Kidding.

52K+this year
More coming and invited.  The goal is to replace you as a voter.

Sweden is finished!!
The thing is, they were arrogant about their multicultural credentials and superiority lording over us here in the USA for our racism, so called.  Well, the worm has turned and it is almost welcome to see an object lesson in progress.  Though I have sympathy for the few anti-open border types in Sweden I suspect most of the population voted for this madness and will sadly have to pay the penalty.  The price will be high in the form of cultural destruction.

Swedes Turn Against Immigrants
I hear the death gurgle and rattle of a country that pranced around demanding that everyone else do the same stupid things.  They were the most arrogant when it came to multiculturalism supremacy.

Book Recommendation: How to Eat in the Woods

By Bradford Angier

This is a great reference book for finding ways to eat when out of provisions.  The hard cover version is reminiscent of  an old military manual or book from the early days.  It is meant to last.

The focus is divided by three main categories with the first about foraging for plants with full descriptions of the various types present in North America.

The second is about trapping small animals.

While the third is about fish and methods of constructing fishing tools.

Find a copy at the library first if you can to confirm that you might want to copy for your library.  If you'd rather not spend the money at least take some lessons from the book and store it in the skills and knowledge library of your mind.

Banks Signal Okay with Inflation
Hard assets such as land, homes, used vehicles that run, guns, ammo, food, water filtration, gold, silver, and whatever else you need as an essential are worth putting some cash into.

At least we may have Oil in the event of WAR, though at what price.

Motor Voter Apocalypse  - open the borders, flood the country with takers, and then give them the right to vote and live here at our expense.  What can go wrong?

Our Replacements are coming!!!

New media is absolute trash and propaganda. They will need this in the final stages of the decline.

Book Review: Way of the Reaper by Nicholas Irving

Book on CD: 6 Discs

Review by Lexington - The narrator makes this book feel realistic.  The action and descriptions during missions is excellent and gives you an idea of the proper mindset and risk an Army Sniper faces.  As a mental preparation for facing a combat situation this has value.  As a overview of what the men face while deployed this is another excellent perspective from someone who has done it.

This is a great book on CD.

Why I carry other weapons Before a Glock 19

My biggest concern is not defeating the purpose of armed self protection by self inflicting damage to myself.  Therefore, I still act extremely cautiously when carrying a Glock.  In some cases depending on the situation I don't chamber a round and go with the old method used by the U.S. military before being turned into the newer approach called the Israeli carry method with a fast charging included as part of the presentation.

I have an M&P shield that I sometime carry concealed and it has a safety that I engage prior to holstering the weapon for safe holstering and then disengage once holstered, just an approach I take.

I also have an HKP30 that I carry when not concealed and on the nightstand.   It actually does conceal about as well as the Glock 19, but more comfortably, because of the rounded edges versus the squared up Glock.  It is absolutely reliable and with the double action trigger pull I do have that additional element of safety that is undeniably there to reduced risk of a Negligent Discharge no matter how much training I do.   It does weight a little bit more and requires a different skill set when it comes to training since it is double action and has the paddle mag releases on the trigger guard.

Others I have carried include a J Frame .38 and the Makarov that are retired now and only used for range fun.  I do sometimes like to have a J frame 8 round .22 Airlight in the pocket for no weight carry (approx. 10 oz. Loaded).

Full Disclosure:  I'm still a Glock guy and have been since they came out in the 1980's.  I just find myself thinking more and more about the downside of a striker fire negligent discharge on my ability to walk.

Book Review: I Spy, How to be a Private Investigator on CD

I Spy, How to be a Private Investigator by Daniel Ribacoff

on CD 5 discs

This is a great book to learn some details about privacy and how to defend yourself against snoops and also to get information when you need it.

Without going into great detail, you'll get the feel and experience of being a PI by listening to this book on CD.  He has some great insights and I suggest it is worth finding at your library or buying a copy.

This is a great book especially as an audio book.

Gun Update: How Many are Out There

How many guns are out there.
They really don't know.

Lots of WW1, WW2, and Korean War bring backs are floating around the country and I bet a lot of those are off paper and out of the record system.

Many guns that were on paper have ended up destroyed, lost, or stolen so the final disposition of those is a big question.

Some of the junk guns that floated around over the years end up in the landfill.  Some bought new, were so worthless and dangerous, think sat nite specials, that owners sent them to the landfill.  What else do you do with guns that are unsafe and  probably can't be made safe other than destruction unless you know of a gun buyback program somewhere. They're junk and should probably be treated as such.  There is nothing like losing your face, eyes, or hand because you kept using or playing with a damaged and not repairable POS weapon. What I am saying is that many guns on their list are 100 feet at the bottom of landfills.

I even heard of a story from a friend who was in the military that when he was out of country his mom threw away a 1911 Colt (in the trash), because she didn't want it in the house after her husband died.   It made me sick to hear that.  You can bet that has happened many times.

Whatever number they are throwing around is not accurate and the only up to date records are probably of recent purchases, say in the last 25-30 years.

The Wrath of the Americans

Substitute Americans for English

The Beginning
1914-18
By Rudyard Kipling

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late
With long arrears to make good,
When the English began to hate.

They were not easily moved,
They were icy-willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the English began to hate.

Their voices were even and low,
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show,
When the English began to hate.

It was not preached to the crowd,
It was not taught by the State.
No man spoke it aloud,
When the English began to hate.

It was not suddenly bred,
It will not swiftly abate,
Through the chill years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the English began to hate.

Glock 19 Update: It's Over - Glock Won, Gunblast hates but carries Glocks, Ferfal Recommends, there are holdouts.

It's Over - Glock Won by Weaponsman on WRSA

Weaponsman is a real weapons man and though I detect a bit of a gloat, I'm with him on this simply because I always felt that in the field where my primary was a rifle I thought a totally reliable and lightweight sidearm made sense so a Glock 19 was and is my plan for that situation.  Plus, I could make a case for not having one in the chamber since my long gun was primary and if I didn't have time to chamber a round I must have screwed up anyway.  As for concealed carry, lots has changed in terms of holsters and technique since the safe action trigger came about.  There is still a high risk of negligent discharges or accidental discharges if you're not 100% focused, so this is where you have to be well aware of firearms handling procedures if you carry a loaded Glock.

If you don't own a Glock 19 you probably should.  If not, at least have an equivalent in terms of reliability and parts availability.  S&W comes close with their M&P, and Springfield with their XD.   Here is a review of reliability from a well known reviewer. Since I'm already in the Glock camp I don't see any sense in straying from them in the striker fired realm except for the M&P shield which is a totally different category of size and capacity.  I was never a fan of the Glock 26 and 27 due to the stubby grip that only accomplished a more difficult hold for me.  With an extender I might as well have a Glock 19 and be done with it which is the approach I take.

Other options are out there but my feeling on this is that once you focus on the striker fire category I would stay with a system that is widely available.  For instance, I have an HK VP9 and like it, but if I go HK I'll probably just carry the HK P30 and get the added benefit of the double action safety advantage with the minor reduction in first shot accuracy.  Any of the top tier manufacturers will do though and if you are willing to try another brand other than Glock then you have Smith & Wesson, Springfield, Walther, HK,  Sig, and a few others possibly but these would be my focus.  I've tried all of them and have good experience but again why move away from what has worked for 30+ years unless it is a considerable gain in some area.  One thing that cannot be matched by any of these is the parts availability and aftermarket accessories that are available for the Glock 19, 17, 26, and any of the other in their line of striker fire weapons.  For this reason alone I'd probably suggest just get a Glock in 9mm and be happy.  You'll love the trigger or learn to love it.  You'll love the simplicity, and it is hard to beat the price.

If you've read my review of the Glock 19 vs the Sig P226 you'll know I am a original Glock long term user.   I bought them when they came out and have always owned one or more ever since.  I've tried all the variants of the Glock and always kept a Model 19 because it fit my hand and 9mm always made the most sense to me when it came to ventilation requirements in terms of total payload of firepower versus diameter/cross sectional density of the round (fat .45 vs not so fat 9mm).  With the reduction in size comes the side benefit of lower weight or same weight with more rounds.  I prefer more rounds, lots more.  Having a 33 round mag available makes the gun equal to many carbines or SMGs except for range, yet how often do you need to hit out at 100 yards in urban and suburban environments.

Gunblast hates Glocks, but carries one.  He faced reality like most of us.  Fortunately for me, my first auto pistol was a CZ in .32 and when I decided to line up with the U.S. Military in the 1980's and tried out a Beretta I was very unimpressed.  A buddy had bought a Glock 17 and let me try it out.  A week later I had a Model 17.  As soon as the Model 19 came out I switched to that and have always had one since, now over 30 years.

Ferfal Recommended Glock Video on Youtube
I always like what Ferfal comes up with.  He has the ring in truth and experience behind him.

Here is a review of the Glock by Kokalis and he had to give it credit.  I think this is a review I saw in SOF a long time ago, maybe in the 80's or 90's.

To balance this out.  Here is one guy who makes his argument against striker fired guns in in particular the Glock from The Truth about Guns.

If you decide to carry a Glock.  Always use a holster than covers the trigger guard and learn safe holstering and presentation methods to avoid Glock Leg.

Hurricane is our Fault says the Queen

The Pantsuit Panda says we are bad.
She and the rest of the imbeciles in DC have nothing but good intentions we are sure.  It seems they need more reasons to take our wealth and reduce our freedoms.

Invasion Update: ISIS calls for random attacks everywhere

ISIS coming to your neighborhood soon.

It is great to know our dear leader is intent on bringing in as many potential terrorists as possible.  We know that the well being of the country and Americans is last on his list.

Our other anti-American waiting in the wings in between convulsion episodes has promised to ramp up our invasion 500% so expect Europe writ large if she wins.  We have guns here so the street level of violence will probably escalate rapidly as the wonderful alien extremists decide to grope, rape, and slash their way through the country.  To think that citizens will sit back and let it happen to them without arming up is not realistic here so expect the stumbler/head-shaker to work for a gun ban and ammo ban if she wins.

As for the other guy, the Billionaire.  He promises to stop the madness of open borders and refugee flooding of our towns.  We can hope he holds true to his word.  I will have to trust the guy who says what we want to hear and hope that his word is good.

(His stance on guns sounds strong but so was Bush 41 until he implemented an assault weapon import ban and dropped his NRA membership once he scammed his way into office.  Bush's son was no better on many issues.  I wouldn't wipe myself on a Bush which is why his weak chin BRO got nowhere because they are known deceivers and establishment pukes and globalist sellouts.   Most conservatives are tired of the fraud that the Republicrats kept playing on them.  Thus Mr. T)

What to DO:  Arm Up, Train, and Vote.  If you don't vote don't complain.  Admittedly, voting only seems to matter a bit.  Do it to clear your conscience if nothing else.

Ammo Update East Coast USA, .22 LR, 9mm ( October 6, 2016 )

Shortage Still exists at a new higher price.

I saw something yesterday that I couldn't believe.  I had a .22 LR sighting.  It was only 100 round boxes of WinX, and CCI and I bought my 3 box limit.

Current price at Wally World  .085 per round for Winchester X solids, or CCI HP

I always drop by the Ammo Section no matter what Wally World I visit.  Usually it is just to confirm that .22 is not available and to find some 9mm.  The 9mm has leveled off.

Current price for 9mm is .20 per round for aluminum case and .25-.30 for brass case unless you get a foreign brand.  One I found made in Eastern Europe with brass is at .20 per round but of course it is always sold out.

I suggest you continue to buy as needed for regular practice and add more when available.  The post election situation may be ugly no matter who wins, but presume that the gun grabber wins and you can expect wild and sustained shortages far into the the horizon and maybe never to change.  Remember, it was only 8 years ago when you could still get .22 for .03-.04 per round and always get a brick when you wanted it.  Once the government game started of limiting availability through market manipulation it has been a challenge ever since.  The prices are now permanently at least double.

Those who buy ammo now will not regret having it later for barter or use.

Anatomy of a Power Grab: Internet Lost, Savage Media Censorhip, Holt Does a Crowley

Internet Giveaway fait accompli  The purpose of this is to give cover for censorship by diverting the blame to the stakeholders rather than the statists, leftists, and power elites.
Savage shut down when talking about Hillary Medications - All he said was Levodopa and the Clinton minions went to work.
Holt does a Crowley  - In between gulps out of her feedbag Crowley found a way to change the debate outcome against Romney.  This time around Holt emulates her and does a tag team effort with Clinton against Trump in front of the nation.  The masque is off.  The media and the little grub worms that comprise the journalist class are now exposed to the light.  It is quite disgusting.  Sadly, it also tells us that the whole system is corrupted as these shills pretending to be journalists are nothing but water carriers for their masters.

DHS wants to run election  No problem there huh.
You've got a corrupt executive branch attempting to infiltrate and change the election process.

Using Race to Destabilize.  Media and Tech are complicit.
The narrative is that racism against whites doesn't exist.  Setting the stage for major conflict and the need for national governmental control of police

Gun Show Surveillance  You can be added to another list if you go to gun shows.

Dems want to control radio and Internet news
This is their totalitarian dream to manage all opinion and content.  This is how demo-crats-gogues approach arguments.  Silence the opposition.

Collapse Update: 3-4 weeks,

3-4 weeks of prep time left

Home Security - your home is your castle.

Housing Collapse - Living in a Van to Survive

NY has homeless catastrophe  -  Put a WALL around the place like in the movie "Escape from New York."
Living in a Van  - The coming America thanks to the left.  I've traveled in a van many years ago and found it possible but not wonderful.  You got by.  Having spent lots of time in a tent in the military a van seemed like a major improvement, but let's face it.  If you could get a nice place to live and afford it easily, why would you choose to live in a van.  You wouldn't.  That is why you see plenty of welfare types living a good homes but the ones in vehicles are the falling middle class or working class that can't get the free ride or aren't skilled at scamming their way into it.
What you should do:  If you ever get into the position to have to consider this it might be best to imagine what alternatives there are.  If it is about work like for some of these people who want to work in a high paying high expense area then I can almost see the logic.  If on the other hand you have some limited assets and job prospects are bad based on your health or age, or lack of skills then maybe consider a downsize to a small trailer or travel trailer in a semi-remote area that would give you the option of cheap land, no mortgage, and low taxes.  Most people can find some type of work anywhere if you are willing to get your hands dirty or drop your pride.  One thing that will always work in your favor is great communication skills, the way you talk and present yourself, and reasonable hygiene.  There or dollar discount stores everywhere and I always see ads for work.  I guess the only problem might be if you have a police record.
Be creative.  Start working on some way to generate an income right now that you can use as a backup to losing a job or moving into a no job location.   So that means coming up with something like online sales, gun show sales, making your own product.  Examples.  Holsters if you are good with leather, or handyman skills.  Senior care is becoming a big thing everywhere so you might earn something just helping out someone else.  Get a resume going in that by signing up with the county you live in and getting some training or certification.
Whatever you do, try to stay off the street at all cost.  It can cost you your life in terms of health and also risk of attack since homeless people are often targeted by psycho bullies and gangs who have no concern for their fellow humans.
