When the traitors in our country, often the leaders, let our chip manufacturing and other high tech move outside of the country it was more than a betrayal of our workers, it was a national security threat now come to fruition. 

Our leaders should begin right now to repatriate chip and technology manufacturing back to the US mainland and allow no foreign involvement including non-Americans working in these facilities.  It is a matter of survival.
