End of Days: HIV secret parties

Every time you think there are no new lows to plumb for humanity you hear something like this.  Two things.  First you wonder what could be going through the simple minds of the participants.  Secondly, this is why there were rules of society that functioned so well for many thousands of years and when those rules break down so does the culture and with it the safety of the citizens within the sphere of the breakdown. 

Bottom line:  A correction is under way either through natural responses of nature by eliminating the offenders and the offending societies, or the pendulum swing will have a harsh response against those deviants within a society that are causing the most damage to the society.
