After doing nothing for decades it seems the government is finally worried about some type of grid attack whether cyber or EMP.  Too little too late for this coming war. 

What to do:  Protect yourself with every means you can find.  Oil lamps, solar, generators, and old technology such as gas heaters and wood burning stoves.
