Read the second paragraph where it is stated plainly that Russian meddling in the US election brought "the Tycoon to power, " meaning Trump.  This is a clear and obvious example of an outright bogus claim that something had occurred.  It is FAKE NEWS.

Whoever wrote that claim obviously has no knowledge of how U.S. elections are tallied.  They are too decentralized for across the board vote changing.  The only influence that can occur is in information put out to discredit a candidate.  If that is analyzed it is clear that most media organizations actually interfered to swing the election to Hillary.  This article is consistent with that bias.  Fortunately, most Americans no longer trust the media.
