There goes the logistics though it appears that since they're more or less dispensing with the 7.62 x 51 Round this 6.8 or an equivalent may be the middle ground choice for squad weapons that are lighter but still fulfill the mission. The nice thing about this option is that in the AR-15 category an upper change can allow the same 6.8 rounds.
