Trump shifts court to right
This is news? Read the opinion thrown in as fact in every line of the story. There are some facts in there but there is a great amount of sneering, anger, and judgement thrown in as well.
You'd think the court is now infested with right wing extremists from the tone of the article, but no mention of the extreme left wing bias many judges hold in a majority of Federal Courts. The ninth circuit is a perfect example.
