Why Litecoin is going crazy.

Asia is a big user of this coin.  In the USA one of the largest crypto brokers has Litecoin as the alternate option and I found it much less expensive to use and transfer between accounts.   Additionally, the transaction speed is much faster.

Coinbase is driving the action

This is the easiest way to get started and is limited to the three main coins.  They make is simple and you can use your credit card.  I highly recommend them except for the pricing.  They are more expensive than most for transactions but if you want fast and simple this is the way to get started.  Another new benefit is their offline vault so you can secure your coins if you don't go with a hardware wallet.
