Empty cities in Afrika built by China give me a feeling that we're watching a possible mass migration of Chinese into this region as HIV/AIDS continues to destroy the population. The good thing about this is that the population pressure in China might get reduced and thus cut our risk of war. The bad thing or one of many is that they are grabbing territory and minerals.
