Open Borders Means Open Invasion

Now the DHS is telling border patrol agents to run, hide, or throw things when faced with armed attack.  So what are citizens supposed to do?  We have no borders since they apparently aren't protected either physically or by enforcement of the law.  Thank you politicians.
