Let's see, you bring in one million (millionen) unknown refugees and dump them anywhere in the country and many just disappear into enclaves of Islamic Safety and confederacy.  Over time, and not that long a time you can expect that even if a small percentage of these loving souls decide they want to cause havoc it's easy to do when you no longer stand out due to sheer numbers.

There is a sickness in Europe and the center of the rottenness is Germany and some of the now lost Nordic States who shiver like rabbits waiting for their fate from the predator that is toying with them.  These countries have done it to themselves.  The USA was on the path thanks to the Baraka but his repudiation has possibly delayed the invasion.  Europe should take the words of the President Elect on how NATO and the USA cannot do all the work and pay for all the defense costs.  The next war in Europe may already be in play and please don't think you can just call in the USA to do it again for you.  Your self loathing far left madness has left us shaking our heads with dismay at the foolishness of bringing in millions of enemies.  We have similar problems here thanks to Democrats but might be able to rid ourselves of the problem with more elections like the most recent.  Europe on the other hand only has dissolution of the EU as an option since unaccountable rulers in Brussels tell you what to do.  Good luck.  We're praying for you but don't expect us to bail you out like twice before in wars and for another 50 years of Cold War casualties and cost.
