Survival Eating - good info. Don't skip breakfast

Don't skip breakfast

At a minimum eat protein with fat.  Egg and cheese sandwich works.  It has the three basic food groups.  Fat, protein, and carbohydrate.

Skip the sugar coated cereal with milk.  It is almost all sugar.
